Terms of Service

Disclaimer: VCM Essentials will provide the best service possible, the client is responsible for any questions and being prepared for the meeting using the grant preparation questionnaire and with any additional questions, materials or references. There are no guarantees that a resolution will be achieved in a single scheduled session.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if a client contacts me 30 minutes or more before our session, your session may be rescheduled for a later date at no additional cost. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 60 days of the original appointment.

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule (more than 3 times within a 3-month period) may be subject to restrictions on future bookings or may forfeit the ability to reschedule.

There will be no refunds provided on scheduled meetings where clients are a no-show. The consultation window (using Zoom) will be open during clients scheduled time frame where service provider, VCM Essentials, will be in attendance. If client is a no-show or has not give a 30 minute notice for re-scheduling or cancellation, then a refund for the session will not be granted.

Client is responsible for paying for another 60 minute consultation meeting, if initial meeting is missed. Consultation fee is solely based on the time for meeting whether questions get answered or not.
